Looks great - like the automatic ID field and the searching. Calculated fields option looks good too.

One small issue - the serching option. If you do a search that returns more than one screen full of results, and try to go to page 2, the search restriction is removed and the current filter applied, meaning you can never get to another page of seach results.

Yes, I agree. I'll think how we can resolve it.

Also on searching, user feedback I've had today suggests people would like the text search to search on custom fields as well as title/description, and also that the search is by default ANDed rather than OR'd - e.g. if I search for Property Register Changes it should default to searching for all terms, not just one.

Don't know how this fits with the rest of the userbase though.

We implement this early, but remove because its take very quite long time to index and search, sorry.

This is lucene "feature", we can't change it easy. But, possible in the next version we replace lucene with something more stable.
