I am looking for a way to filter tasks where I want to only see task that have a specific message submitter (not task submitter) for a specific set of message types (f.x. all tasks that have a Resolved message submitted by user X).

Hmm, please open "message parameters" tab and fill-in message submitter and message type.

Don't mark "filter message" because you need filter tasks by message parameters, not messages itself.
