I am attempting to upgrade from version 5.0.7 to 5.5.0, specifically to move to jdk 8. While restarting TrackStudio after moving in the TrackStudio.war file (5.5.0), I am getting the following ERROR in the log. Comparing TreeLoaderAction.class (version 5.0.7) with TreeLoadAction.class (version 5.5.0), I can see that indeed 'taskUserTree' is no longer an available method. TrackStudio 5.5.0 comes up, but the left pane does not display any folders under Projects. All data seems to be there, but left pane is essentially empty. See attachment. In TrackStudio 5.0.7 and prior, all top level folder tree is displayed in the left pane. WIth version 5.5.0 the top level folder tree is only displayed in the middle pane. Any help to fix this would be appreciated. Thanks Dave Velasco, Sutter Health.

Looks like incorrect upgrade. Please try to install new fresh instance.
