Is it possible to resend the password if a regular user has forgotten it?

Yes, we store password in one-way-encripted form, so we can't retreive it.

Hello,

I finally found a better solution to my problem and I dont need to use users hierarchy.

My problem is how define a filter (in depth) were I can see all tasks where I am the leader.

I am the leader of all tasks that are initially assigned to me or that are assigned to me by other two specific messages of my workflow.

You can see that initially I coud try to solve it with a subordinated users hierarchy and checking tasks assigned to I or my subordinateds. But really there is an exception where a non subordinated user can has a task assigned and I am the leader (final responsible) of this task.

I think that the users rights hierarchy problem difficult to use it but I actually have not to use it.

Now my initial problem is near to a solution but not completly solved because I'd need a initial message when a new task is added in trackstudio to know the initial user assigned, but this is exposed in another post (http://trackstudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=184)
