I am seeing a dialog with this error when I submit a new topic on TS host

Also, may or may not be related, it seems that in the last couple of days I have lost some custom fields (on TS host) that I thought were global. For example I created a topic with the fields the 25th, but the 29th they were no longer available (I can not recall having deleted them, and no one else claims to have done so). Are there any outstanding issues with disappearing custom fields in TS host?
