Any progress on this or details of the proposed resolution time? It's stopping us working.

Is it possible to at least email me an XML dump of current tasks so I can feed out details to my team?

I hope that we resolve this today evening (16-17 GMT +3). Our ISP recently implement more strict security rules and we now wait when they give us access card to server room. After we receive card we'll fix problem in 15 minutes.

Sorry again, this is top priority for us. We (internally) stop working too - no e-mail, CVS, TrackStudio, half of team has no internet access at all. We
consider this as very serious problem and try to avoid it in a future.
