Is there a change log available - I noticed that ts is now at 4.0.12 (we have 4.0.10) and interested to see the differences and if worth us upgrading.

Yes I think you worth upgrade TrackStudio. In current version we made a fix with cache in javascript and css. For this bug we had many problems with reflection TrackStudio in difference browsers.
I don't know why it is not translate last article about improvements and bug fix.
I write it below.
Improvements
1. It made to support IE9 and Opare 11.
2. In notifications list adds custom fields and messages. For it you need update email templates.
3. In CVS and XML report is changed format date. Now It is seconds.
4. It added new parameter in trackstudio.mail.properties. it is trackstudio.forward.to.user.email true/false - which allow to send email to users email.
5. Now in task all messages in opens state.
Bug-fix
1. cache js and css
2. error encoding Cvs report in Windows notepad.
