Reports to Excel or PDF aren't working in Beta 2 (hosted). The window opens, but nothing is ever displayed (half an hour or more). Occasionally an Excel error comes up saying there is an error in the JSP.

Seen on Excel XP on W2k professional or XP

Just test it with live demo, all seems OK. Please send me what report you try to build, for what task and browser version.

Trying for "Julia's Report" for the Foxtons BOS task.

May be a load issue - there are many subtasks for this task (~150)

I can't access this report (possible, it private), but your other two reports (For Testing and General list) works fine for me, both PDF and Excel.

Can you save Excel report, for example, to disk and open it from disk ? Can you open it from another computer ?

This should not be a problem, we has ~3500 tasks on hosted service and periodically gather reports on it.
