Assigning a Default Filter

For some reason, we have a user that no longer has a default filter set. As a result, nothing is displaying in the left pane of TS. We have cloned a filter and attempted to assign it to the user's account, but can't figure out where this happens. Likewise, I attempted to update the GR_CURRENTFILTER table to force this new filter to be the users last filter, but this doesn't seem to be working. Any thoughts?

Hello.

There isn't anything to reproduce. I don't really care how the filter was removed, I just want to assign a new filter to the user. I cloned an existing filter, changed the params but I don't know where I need to set this new filter as the "default" filter for the new user. Thanks!

TrackStudio use filter "All" (pre-defined in the root task) as default filter for all users and tasks. User can change filter for some task, new filter will be saved to gr_currentfilter, but you cannot choose which filter will be used as default, only can change default filter itself.
