Hi,
Is it possible to show as the assignee the user role instead of the actual named user when viewing as an external customer?
Ideally it would great if that the external customers saw the assignee as "Developer", "Tester" and "Manager" but the internal staff saw the actual name.

Hello, this is possible only using custom trackstudio interface. Or you can name devs like John A.
