We hit a issue and not sure if others had the same problem as us.

Occasionally, the drop down list of a message got nothing(display no available handler) there when user try to create a new message and transit task state.

It happened to us a couple of time in the past week and not sure what is the cause.

These incidence seems to happened to user who are using IE browser.

Any idea?

Which TrackStudio version do you use ?

we are using version 3.5.74 now.

We have been seeing the same issue on and off for a while now. It seems to resolve itself if you click on the users name in the user list tree.

We are using version 3.5.68
