Hi , just a question... Is the owner of a user role just an informative field (the user who created the role) or does it have some impact on the role? In other words, there is any difference whether a role is created by a administrator or by anybody else?

It should affect role availability - if role has been created by some user, it should be available for assignment only to subordinate users.
