Hi,

Is it possible to support task details editing on the iPhone/iPad browser?


The HTML editing field is read only on all browsers I can find on the app store and it would be really useful to be able to respond to tasks whilst mobile.

I even tried pasting data using the 'paste from text' buttons and it accepts the details into the popup but it doesn't update the field when pressing 'update'

It seems like it's a problem with TinyMCE, full text editor. We'll try to upgrade it in 4.0.11 or 4.0.12

Looks like a similar problem with IE9 - have to run it IE8 compatibility mode for the text editor to work.

Looking at the TinyMCE site they don't have a definitive solution to this and simply disable the editing if it detects an Ipad/IPhone type browser.

Maybe the quick fix would be to have a trackstudio option to disable the tinyMCE editor or disable it by agent?

It's difficult to disable it, because HTML required. But I can confirm issue with IE9, going to fix it soon.
