HELP!!!!

I don't know why but I can no longer login as root - The following message displayed:

Task with identifier '40288114f88af57000f88b1f6a3100d5' not found. Possible it has been removed.

I am using 2.8 on MS SQL 2K

Before the problem appears I am re-organizing the user hierarchy for pilot run. I did not delete any user in the system - Just move it from one change manager to another. I can login as other user but cannot be root.

What should I do? please help!!!!!!!!!

1) Please try to stop TrackStudio, execute the following script and start it again (possible, it helps):
update gr_user set user_default_project='1' where user_default_project='40288114f88af57000f88b1f6a3100d5'
2) Please export your database to XML (via enterprise manager) and send me this XML.
3) Please turn on debug logs and send me stack trace.

Just note: possible this is issue only with cache, in such case try restart TrackStudio, possible it helps.

But we need logs in any case to debug this problem.

OK, I understand about the database, but still can't figure how this can occurs. Just sent you fixed database by mail.
