Error message on TS Host

I'm not sure you have seen this, but when I open a task on TS Host (with chrome on windows) I see an error message (Http 404 - TaskViewAction.do not found). The error does not seem to cause any problems with using the application. Here is a screenshot http://screencast.com/t/5aPOP9MGr3b1.
