Trackstudio doesn't encode UK Pound signs (ASCII 163) correctly - they come out as letter Js.

Yes, I know :-(

This is problem only with hosted version because it use Windows-1251 (Russian) codepage (by historical reasons). We need to convert database to to UTF-8, possible this winter.
