Hello Trackstudio experts

I am asking for your help. I want to create a very simple email template that will alert the handler when a new task is assigned to them. In the alert message, I only want to include the most recent message posted. I do not want to include the other information that the default email template has. I found a previous post that had something very close, but I do not know the coding to customize it for my needs. Would you please provide the email body coding?

I would like to see:

* Name
* Alias
* Category
* State
* Submitter
* Handler
* Submit Date
* Update Date
* Custom field 1
* Custom field 2, etc.

And then the last message posted:

Message
-------------------------------------------------------------------

Text...etc.

I couldn't find the file, default_html.ftl in any of the folders. Where could I get that file?

Sorry, I do not have such a folder under /etc. I'm running on version 3.5.28.
