I'm trying to find a solution form my new question. Here is the situation:
There is an Error Ticket category(Hibajegy), It has a UDF email addressees(Email címzettek).
Every time the task changes every addresse receives an email.
Here is an exmaple, 3 people will receive an email

task example with multiple "email To" UDF

1. email from: TrackStudio to: human#1
2. email from: TrackStudio to: human#2
3. email from: TrackStudio to: human#3

I also configured backoffice, to receive every Error Ticket:

The problem tha Backoffice will receive 3 emails, and if hunam#1 is in backoffice, he will receive all backoffice carbon copies as well.

I want to send only one email like this:
from: TrackStudio
to: human#1; human#2; human#3
cc: backoffice

Is it possible ?

We cannot do this, TrackStudio send separate e-mail for each user, because different users can have different locale/timezone settings, permissions, etc.

BTW, you can send e-mails to some SMTP group address, and SMTP server will re-send to multiple recipients.

My workaround is(remember email addresses is a calculated UDF):
1. I've created a technical readonly user : backoffice(backoffice@myco.com);
2. I ve modified the calculation script so that backoffice would be concatenated next to real addresses. Its fixed;
3. I do not use carbon copy in email template

This works 3+1 emails are sent out for each ErrorTicket change, dwsupport receives one email also.

However it would be a nice feature to be albe to address several people in "to" or in "cc" or "bcc" email fields.

In TS 4.0 you can edit template and add everything to CC/BCC. Just need some script to extract values from custom fields, for example.
