The email notification document links work great, but they differ from the regular links. Lets say that UserX and myself are discussing a problem, and I want to send him the URL for an issue by pasting it into messenger. If I copy the issue URL from my current TrackStudio window, that does not seem to be a valid URL for UserX. Is there any way that I can send him a link that will work for him?

Ideally, the URLs should be session independant - so that I can use the same URL for email, MSN Messenger, or web links. Numeric ID's might simplify things - but will they allow me to pinpoint the location where I copy the URL from? I.e. I might want to send a link that opens a certain issue on the Uploads tab - to tell someone that this is the spot to download the fix or to upload a logfile... Or - even more important - I may want to send an URL that opens a project view with a certain filter... saying to the other person "Here is the list of issues related to problem x" (naturally, I would have to use a public filter).

My wishes are simple, my demands are few - I simply want it all, right now...
