Hello,
I am testing e-mail import and I found that TS loose the description when I send a new task from an outlook 2002 in HTML.
Are you tested over this email client? What can I send you to check it?
Thanks

Ups!, complicated question for my limitated known about e-mail import system...
I enable the email import sheet in a task, I put the text to search in the subject and I write an (made for me) email from the Outlook to the TrackStudio email account with this text inside the subject field and with the pretended description in the body field.
Did I answer your question?

Yes. In described situation TrackStudio had created new task, but this task contains empty description, right ?

Yes, when the email that I write is in HTML format in Outlook 2002 the description is empty. But If I convert it to plain text before send and send in plain text format the task contains a right description.
