Hello.

I try to explain what is the problem.

First change the delimiter from semicolon to comma.

Then column Category in csv file must contain the name of real existing category of tasks in TS. Also this category must be available for current task (or parent task, if you import subtasks). If your csv contains category that doesn't exist in TS, then you have an Error. So you must create categories you have in csv file.

Status,Resolution,Priority,Submitter,Handler are not necessary properties of task. If values of this columns of csv file don't exist in TS, then they change to default values when csv-import.

The same about users (Submitter and Handler).
So, if you want all values import correctly and completely in TS, you must have all this values in TS.
