Creating a ticket

This is going to sound ridiculous, but I cannot for the life of me find the tab to create a ticket.

I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be on the main page however I just cannot find it anywhere. No submenus, nothing. The closest I can find is the option to create a bug.

Any ideas?

It claims to be TrackStudio 4.0.7

Hi. I guess that you have not permission on creating tickets. You need check your setting permission for category. Go to categories tab then go to permission tab, and check that your role has permission for creating tickets.

Hi, thanks for the response.

Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be that tab either.

The link I have for TrackStudio is:

I'm assuming this means that it is part of edifixio that uses TrackStudio licensing.

Any suggestions?
