I want to create a new workflow, but COPY it from an old one - it seems that when a new workflow is created is comes almost completely empty, and I am scared to set it up from scratch !

Yes, you can't create new objects via copy. We plan to add such functionality (copy task, user, workflow) in new versions

That would be a *really* nice feature ! please do it !
I guess you could clone a whole project etc as well while you are at it... might be of use sometimes.
Copy and Paste+ modify is kind of an accepted way to work now, even if it is not optimal it is intuitive to most users.

OK, we'll add ability to copy user status, filter and workflow in the next version.
