What's new:

Bugs fixed:
1) A few e-mail submission related bugs were fixed.
2) Problem with Norwegian chars and our hotkeys has been fixed.
3) AccessDeniedException in unSubscribe has been fixed.
4) Problem with nation chars in Full Text Search using Tomcat has been fixed.
5) ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException in JCIFS (NTLM authentication module) has
been fixed.
6) Close date sometimes stamped incorrectly. Fixed.

Improvements:
1) File upload manager UI has been improved slightly.
2) Now TrackStudio uses locale of user, which have create self-registration
rule as default for self-registered users.
