v4.0 beta3:
When filtering subtasks (even with the simpliest All filter), the condition "Assignee is None" doesn't work. There are none subtasks in the filtered result even if there are subtask with no assignee.

I've checked if the problem has been fixed in beta4. In a way it seems it was, but only partly. I'll try to describe it...

We've defined couple of filters in TS 3.5. After moving to TS 4.0 (first to beta3, currently to beta4), the filters do not work properly - they return no task.

I've been playing with the problem for few hours and have tried to define very a new very simple filter (via Filters List / Add Filter), just with the task parameter condition "Assignee in set [None]", with deep search. I've defined the filter four times - twice as an ordinary user, twice as the administrator, at two different folders. Even this simple filter returns always no task.

Then I tried to define the same filter in another way. I used basic "All" filter, modified filter parameters to "Assignee in set [None]" and then save it as a new filter ("Save as Filter" button). The filter defined in this way seems to work well, aven after modifying it (set Private to off, Deep Search to on).

A short summary - filters seem to work only if they are defined via "Save as Filter" but not if they are defined via Filters List / Add Filter.

Please re-download TrackStudio 4b4 and try again - I have rebuild it from current source code. We really have this problem in early versions, but it has been fixed later and we cannot replicate it in the current version.

If problem still exists - please send me anonymized database backup + how to replicate.

Hi,

we've switched from TS4.0 beta5 to beta8 and the problem with filters has appeared again. Moreover, email event notifications based on the filters do not work now. Would it be possible to release quickly beta9 with a bugfix?

Pavel

Yes, but it can require 1-2 days.
