A meeting is held each week. Afterwards, the minutes-taker creates each action in trackstudio, and emails a copy of the minutes around to each attendee. (Every attendee is a trackstudio user)
The action workflow has a custom field containing the meeting source (ie '2008W13'), so it's easy to log into trackstudio, and filter for actions that arose from that week's meeting.
Is there a way to perma-link to the filter results? (So a link to those actions could be placed at the end of the minutes copy.) |

Yes, choose right filter on the subtasks page and click "Current Task"->"Copy Perm Link to Clipboard". Note, this will not work if you modify filter settings on the subtasks page. _________________ Maxim Kramarenko (mailto: maximkr@trackstudio.com)

So you're saying the minutes-taker would need to create a new public filter every week to have this work?
That seems a little ... cumbersome. |

Or edit the existing one. _________________ Maxim Kramarenko (mailto: maximkr@trackstudio.com)

| True, but then the older emails won't have valid links anymore. |

Wouldn't be the simplest way to put the IDs of tasks (#XXX) into description of a meeting?
TrackStudio makes hyperlinks to the tasks out of task numbers, if you know.
