This problem just arose a few days ago. When we try to login to Track Studio we get "Cannot connect to LDAP Server" The user account set in sman for LDAP has not been altered and is not locked out. I can log into other systems with the same un/pw.
There are no obvious errors in the log file only "INFO com.trackstudio.app.adapter.auth.LDAPAuthAdapter:authorizeImpl:67 - Authenticating as user DN = "CN=********,CN=Users,DC=**************,DC=priv""
Any ideas where to start looking for the reason why it will no longer authenticate? |
