|
|
Hi,
I seem to have come across a feature that has either changed, or someone has created a script for that I do not know about.
My question is, that if you should;
1. Set a handler of a task
2. Want to move that task to a new folder
Should the handler of that task be changing to the handler of the folder the task has been pasted into?
If this is the default behavior, how do we turn this off?
If this is a script that has been written by someone lower down in the hierarchy, how do I see all the scripts currently in the system?
Many thanks,
Colin D. |

Hi,
We have upgraded to this version and we seem to have encountered a new problem.
We have quite a few email notification rules in place before the upgrade that would fire on specific conditions.
It now seems as though anytime someone changes a task, it will send out an email to the entire team and will not use any of the criteria set in the filter.
We have changed nothing at all to do with these filters/notifications.
Our previous version was 3.5.49.
Many thanks,

Please send me your anonymized database backup + how to replicate (user login, task #, created message, who receive message incorrectly).
We'll check this ASAP. _________________ Maxim Kramarenko (mailto: maximkr@trackstudio.com)
