hi,
we have craeted 2 archiv-projects. in this projects in filter settings i have only regular fields and no udfs. what can that be? filter is connected correct project workflow.

Possible, custom fields is not accessible on for the task, to which filter connected ? Or you have no permissions to view that custom fields ?

Sorry, my mistake - now TrackStudio show custom fields, created in subtasks. Please send me your anonymized database + how to replicate.

You moved these tasks to task, where category 'Call' is not defined, so TrackStudio can't find udfs for tasks with this category.

i cant understand....both projects are the same. the original tasks are from #1076 |

And category 'Call' is defined in #1076, not in Root task

Well, you have a workflow 'Call', defined at #1 task, and you have a category 'Call' based on this workflow and it's defined in task #1076. Custom fields are defined for workflow 'Call', but it's visibility depends on category too. And this category is not visible by hierarchy of tasks in #29201. This category must be defined in common task for #1076 and #29201.
